Rong Hwa, Dr. rer. nat.
Dr. Lin is founder of AbGenomics and currently CEO of AbGenomics
International Inc. He served as Associate Editor for Journal of Biomedical
Science and member of the Editorial Board for Int. Immunopharmacology. Prior to
joining AbGenomics, Dr. Lin was Professor and Director of Graduate Institute of
Immunology, College of Medicine, National Taiwan University. Dr. Lin received
his Diplom and Dr. rer. nat. degrees from the University of Tubingen in Germany.
He conducted his research at the Max Planck Institute for Immunogenetics in
Germany, the Basel Institute for Immunology in Switzerland, and his postdoctoral
research in the Division of Immunobiology at Howard Hughes Medical Institute of
Yale University.

Graham, Kim, M.A. (Chairman of Compensation Committee)
Mr. Graham is founder of
Innomab Inc. He is the immediate past Vice President and General Manager for
Cambridge Antibody Technology, an US subsidiary of AstraZeneca. Mr. Graham had
been a top executive at Genencor Int'l. Inc. Prior to joining Genencor in 2001,
he was VP and director of Drug Evaluation in the Neurobiology Business Unit of
Roche Bioscience. Mr. Graham held numerous positions of increasing
responsibility at Syntex over a 19 year period prior to the company's
acquisition by Roche in 1995. His final position at Syntex was as VP and
Director of the New Molecules Program Management Team. Mr. Graham graduated from
Stanford University with a degree in biology and received a master degree in
biological sciences from the University of Oregon.

Pai, Nai-Yu, CPA
Mr. Nai-Yu Pai, the founder
of Pai Accountancy LLP, is a Certified Public Accountant who holds a Master's
Degree in Accounting from Saint John's University in New York, where his primary
area of emphasis in taxation and auditing. He also holds another Master's
degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University. Mr. Pai has over 30 years of
accounting and auditing experience. Mr. Nai-Yu Pai has founded several
companies including Authenex Inc., Gaia Interactive Inc., Pixblitz, and Gateway
Bank. In addition, Mr. Pai serves as board of director for Sigrity Inc.,
Giquila, Inc, JaSolar (JASO), and Chinese Cancer memorial Foundation. Mr. Pai
has assisted over 20 companies in fund raising, merger and acquisition
activities.

Polmar, Stephen H., MD and PhD
Dr. Stephen H. Polmar is a senior pharmaceutical executive with 16 years of experience in drug development and 20 years of experience in academic medicine as an investigator and clinical research center director. Dr. Polmar was Vice president of Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Dr. Polmar has extensive experience in translational medicine and drug development with special expertise in immunological and inflammatory disease indications. Identifying and evaluating opportunities for innovation for pre-clinical and early clinical compounds and developing the strategies for their clinical development have been among the critical skills that he has developed during his years in the pharmaceutical industry. Dr. Polmar also has access to a large network of academic “thought leaders” and “key opinion leaders” as well as pharmaceutical industry collaborators to provide additional support for specific projects as appropriate.

Chung, Yung-Hua
Mr. Chung is Chairman and
President of EuroKing Co., Ltd., Advanced Furnishing Co., Ltd., Dainy Card Co.,
Ltd., as well as S.W. Investment Co. Ltd. He has served as board director of
AbGenomics Corp. from 2000 to 2007. Mr. Chung is currently board director of
Casa Costa Corp., Well-Being Biochemical Corp. and Rih-Shang Biotechnology Corp.
Mr. Chung was graduated from School of Management, Tankang University.

Yang, Yu-Chuan
Mr. Yang is founder and CEO
of both Chang Yih culture foundation and Wei-Li investment Corporation. He has
served as chairman of the board of Chung Hua University for several years. He
also served as board director of AbGenomics Corp. Mr. Yang is currently board
director of Casa Costa Corp., Advanced System & Storage Corp., DigiGenomics
Co. Ltd., as well as Lightsonic Optoelectronics Inc.
