	Ding-Shinn Chen, M.D. Professor of Internal Medicine Former Dean of College of Medicine National Taiwan University Lee-Ming Chuang, M.D. Ph.D. Professor, Department of Internal Medicine National Taiwan University Hospital Chien-Jen Chen, Ph.D. Minister,National Science Council Executive Yuan,ROC Former Minister of Department of Health Executive Yuan, ROC Former Professor and Dean of Public Health National Taiwan University Dr. Michael R. Kurman President of Michael Kurman Consulting, LLC, has more than 27 years of oncology drug development experience as both an investigator and pharmaceutical executive. He was Vice President, Clinical and Scientific Operations at Quintiles. He has extensive experience in design of clinical development planning, protocol design, clinical monitoring. Dr. Kurman also has great experience in regulatory activities including assistance with IND applications; responsibility for the clinical sections of NDAs/BLAs; leading Sponsor-FDA meetings; formulating regulatory strategy; and serving as medical monitor, Including composing/reviewing serious adverse event narratives and submitting expedited safety reports to health authorities.
